Case Management is often the first stop for seniors and those who care for them. Here, qualified staff work with seniors (and
often their caregivers) to help determine what specific services are needed. Seniors may not realize they are eligible for specific services or programs. Our experienced staff members recommend resources for them and best of all, when a client receives services, they deal with the same SRA Case Manager.
